What You Can Expect as a Content Analyst
As a staff position, you will build a Content Intelligence system to enable data-driven decisions and continuously optimize our content.
- Content Analytics: Developing and monitoring Content KPIs (Views, Clicks, CTR/CVR, Sales & SEO).
- Dashboards & Reporting: Evaluating and preparing all relevant data to support data-based decisions.
- Content Optimization: Monitoring live data & directly deriving recommendations for action, A/B testing, teaser-headline optimization, integration and evaluation of AI in content creation.
- Content Strategy: Trend and competitor analyses, Site Clinics & support for editorial topic planning; analysis of reader behavior/user journey & landing pages.
- Interface Function: Collaboration with and data-based support for editorial, business development, sales & product teams.
What You Bring
- You have successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a comparable education.
- You are familiar with content management and the editorial environment.
- You have experience creating texts and find it easy to get straight to the point for readers.
- You enjoy working with data and are able to derive concrete recommendations for action from complex facts.
- You are familiar with the key figures of affiliate and performance marketing, as well as editorial & technical SEO.
- You are proficient with Google Analytics, Chartbeat, or comparable tools.
- You work independently, analytically, and conscientiously.
- Collaboration and communication with various contacts and interfaces is enjoyable for you.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
