Responsibilities
- Training Program Support: Assist in designing compliance training programs, creating e-learning modules, workshop materials, and updating content as regulations change.
- Communication Support: Develop communication plans; draft compliance messages and intranet posts, and customize messaging across audiences.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects while tracking program effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with Internal Communications, HR, and business units to support compliance training and address queries.
Qualifications
Final-year or recent graduates with a background in Compliance, Corporate Communications, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Legal Studies, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a high level of integrity are essential. A Master's degree and related internship experience are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary ranges from $68,640 to $118,222, with additional bonuses, stock units, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid leave, and more.
