Your Tasks

• Overall coordination of cloud topics on behalf of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), especially in the NATO and EU environment.
• Derivation of technology platforms for the implementation of reference architectures, among others, in the cloud context.
• Development and evaluation, among other things, of architectures, technical fundamentals, requirements documents, concepts, architectural specifications, guidelines, and other documents.
• Independent analysis, technical consulting, and support in carrying out and evaluating complex requirements.
• Derivation of architectures and dependency assessments of IT infrastructures, among others, for building a private cloud.
• Ability to model and present achieved results.
• Kubernetes expert with at least 6 years of experience in handling Kubernetes.
• Creation and coordination of concepts, guidelines, and other documents for the topics to be managed with internal departments and clients.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university degree in IT or comparable field.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in Docker, especially experience in building cloud/container platforms.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in automation technologies (e.g., Ansible, Bash, Python, Golang, Gitlab CI/CD).
• Experience in managing technical implementation projects.
• Knowledge in the conception and analysis of interdependencies.
• Good knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management.
• Strategic thinking, teamwork ability, ability to present complex issues simply.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge in steering technical project content.
• Willingness to travel.
