As a Customer Solution Manager for HR Processes, you will play a crucial role in the digitalization of human resources within the Bundeswehr. This position involves supporting analytical, conceptual, and implementation efforts, working closely with various stakeholders, and driving the successful execution of digitalization projects.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Solution Manager for HR Processes

  • Support the functional team lead and Customer Solution Manager in requirements analysis, effort estimation, conceptualization of business processes, and implementation of business processes with a focus on human resources/personnel management for the German Armed Forces.
  • Support and represent the Customer Solution Manager in the relevant subject area and in customer committees.
  • Provide expert and methodological advice for the conception and realization of measures in the digitalization of human resources for the German Armed Forces.
  • Be responsible for the execution and results of assigned functional orders, including steering initiatives and projects, and ensuring comprehensive reporting.
  • Maintain close customer and user interaction, advising key stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirements analyses, workshops, and prepare continuous training on digitalization measures.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Human Resources Management, or a comparable background.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources as an HR consultant with IT projects.
  • Good knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in their application and use.
  • High results and customer orientation, analytical thinking, decision-making and implementation power, organizational skills, as well as presentation and moderation skills.
  • Very good knowledge of common HR systems and associated HR processes.
  • Business fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
