Your Responsibilities

• Support in the area of call-off management.
• Responsible for the policy-compliant coordination and control of the call-off business from receipt to completion.
• Reporting and presentation of fund outflow as well as optimization of existing call-off processes.
• Central interface to the customer's order management.
• Transparent and trusting cooperation with the superior management levels and the Account Managers.
• Support compliance and reporting capability.
• Participation in the Requirements Management working group within HFP.
• Organization and execution of task-relevant workshops as well as participation in customer events.

Your Profile

• Completed 3-year relevant vocational training and additional qualification (e.g., Fachwirt, Techniker, Meister) or completed relevant university degree.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Fachwirt, Techniker, or Meister (with relevant additional qualification) or 2 years of relevant professional experience after university studies.
• Professional experience in project management is desirable.
• Very good knowledge of the organization and processes at the Bundeswehr / BAAINBw / BMVg, as well as knowledge and experience in the IT sector.
• High communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills, pronounced quality and results orientation, and confident interaction with customers.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
