Job Details

Purpose

Be responsible for maintaining, developing, and delivering all aspects of BVI Medical's non ERP systems and data landscape. Lead an in-house team and 3rd party technical partners to deliver technical change across multiple projects, track and report project status, manage risks and deliver change per business cases, timescales, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development team for all technical work related to systems and data.
  • Act as technical architect for developing BVI Medical's data landscape.
  • Document and maintain technical development work following SDLC best practices.
  • Ensure 24/7 operational uptime of systems and data infrastructure.
  • Mentor team members and stakeholders on modern technologies and best practices.
  • Liaise with IT leaders and business teams for technology and data solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for solution development and application support.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Proven experience managing concurrent development projects in a complex environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Technologies including SQL Server, Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in designing data warehouse solutions integrating with ERP, CRM, QMS, and PLM systems using Boomi.
  • Strong vendor management background.
  • Leadership in full software delivery lifecycle in compliance industries.
  • Experience leading global 24/7 operational support teams.
  • Familiarity with XML/JSON, JavaScript/Java, SOAP, REST, XSLT, WSDL, XSD, APIs.
  • Proficiency in .NET (VB.NET, C#) and SQL Server (T-SQL).

Minimum Required Education And Experience

7+ years as a technical lead or manager and 5+ years in architecture and system design.
