Service Desk Role at BV TECH
We are seeking a Service Desk professional to join our team. This role is fully remote within Italy and operates on a full-time, 24/7 shift basis (always 8-hour shifts).
What you will do:
- Manage reception, profiling, tracking, and dispatching of IT assistance requests.
- Detect alarms on monitored systems.
- Execute control procedures using tools provided by the client and/or Service Managers.
- Address problems with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
- Activate second-level structures remotely when necessary.
Who we are looking for:
- Diploma or Degree in technical-scientific disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
- Autonomy in configuring main system parameters.
- Ability to configure, access, and use network resources from client devices.
- Competence in managing main peripherals (scanners, local and network printers, etc.).
- Experience in configuring and using web applications and browsers.
- Knowledge of main staging techniques, such as disk image preparation.
