Role Overview: SaaS Business Development Representative

As our Business Development Representative, you will be pivotal in driving Buynomics' growth through proactive outreach and building a strong sales pipeline. Collaborating with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership, you will generate quality leads and support clients from initial contact through to engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Drive growth using cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and engage target accounts.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Innovate outreach methods and continuously refine engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain a dynamic early-stage revenue pipeline.
  • Exceed quarterly targets for initial meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Keep current with Buynomics’ offerings, industry trends, and customer challenges.

What You Will Need

  • Up to 1 year of full-time experience in sales, marketing, or BDR roles/internships.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and effective time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for both cold and warm calling.
  • A proactive, growth mindset with a desire to learn and innovate.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages (German, Spanish) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) and CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Startup, SaaS, or cloud technology experience, ideally in early-stage ventures.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success academically, in sports, or extracurricular activities.
