Google and Meta Ads Specialist Trainee
At BuyMore, we are looking for a motivated Google and Meta Ads Specialist Trainee to join our performance marketing team. This role involves managing a portfolio of brands, developing and executing performance marketing strategies, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. You will be responsible for campaign launches, budget management, and ensuring smooth workflow by coordinating with various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of delivering targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an entire portfolio of assigned brands, monitoring JAM & SAM.
- Identify the digital landscape for brands and create performance marketing strategies focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct daily/weekly reviews with the team to analyze campaign performance, CTR, CPC, Leads, and other key metrics.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely campaign launches.
- Manage and scale campaigns across new and existing platforms, optimizing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
- Ensure accountability of internal and external resources for campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results.
Key Performance Areas (KRA):
- Analyze and provide insights around campaign performance using dashboards and tools.
- Oversee the performance of the brand portfolio and optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement high-performing paid marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, conversions, and ROI through performance marketing.

Qualifications:
- Engineer/BBM/BSc/MBA with a minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- Master’s Degree in Marketing/Sales preferred.
- Strong fundamentals in Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creatives, analytics).
- Excellent command of English and Hindi.
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience: 0–1.5 years (internships or certifications in performance marketing are preferred).
- Ability to maintain a To-Do List.
