Google Ads Trainee at BuyMore

We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Google Ads Trainee to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-1.5 years of experience, including internships or certifications, who is eager to build and scale brands using performance marketing channels. You will manage a portfolio of brands, focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads, to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned brand portfolios, monitoring JAM & SAM.
  • Analyze the digital landscape and create performance marketing strategies focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct daily and weekly reviews with the team to analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and Leads.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely campaign launches.
  • Take ownership of paid media performance, managing and scaling campaigns across platforms.
  • Negotiate with vendors and platform partners for commercial feasibility and optimize campaign budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Strong fundamentals in Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creatives, analytics).
  • Excellent English and Hindi vocabulary.
  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience: 0–1.5 years (internships or certifications in performance marketing preferred).
