Butterfly Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager / Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in consulting environments, specializing in end-to-end technical project delivery, agile execution, and SaaS product development. This role requires a strong blend of delivery leadership, product thinking, and technical acumen—particularly in building and scaling AI-driven SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and aligning business objectives with technology execution.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across multiple clients or business units.
• Define delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practices to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Product Management

• Own product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business value.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact products.

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master when needed, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive agile adoption and maturity across teams.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including engineers, QA, data scientists, and analysts.
• Build high-performing teams with strong ownership and accountability.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives.

AI & SaaS Solution Development

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable SaaS platforms, particularly those leveraging AI/ML technologies.
• Work with data teams to integrate AI capabilities into products (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, automation).
• Ensure architecture aligns with scalability, security, and performance standards.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Engage with senior stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and success metrics.
• Present progress, insights, and recommendations to executive audiences.
• Manage client expectations in consulting environments with a strong focus on value delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, product management, or program management within consulting organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects at scale.
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master and deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience building and launching SaaS products.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their application in real-world products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced consulting or client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, or AI frameworks.
• Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Product Management credentials.
