Role Summary
The Recruitment and Online Sales Intern at Business Umbrella supports the recruitment and sales teams by focusing on candidate sourcing, lead research, database management, and online outreach. - Research clients, industries, and potential leads
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach including connection requests and follow-ups
- Support managers with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
- Maintain daily activity trackers using Excel, Notion, or CRM
- Prepare market mapping and competitor analysis reports
- Format CVs, edit candidate profiles, and update records
- Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants and sales managers
Performance Measures
- Daily CV sourcing numbers
- Quality of candidates submitted
- Number of client/candidate contacts added weekly
- Accuracy of research reports and data entry

Compensation and Growth
