Role Summary
The Partnerships Manager will own and scale Business Umbrella’s strategic alliances across GCC and international markets. The role focuses on creating high-value partnerships with organizations, institutions, and networks that drive consistent pipelines for recruitment, licensing, education, and real estate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure strategic alliances with universities, HR associations, free zones, accelerators, and chambers.
- Develop and manage referral networks with corporates, SMEs, and consultants.
- Structure win-win partnership packages across all Business Umbrella divisions.
- Negotiate agreements and track ongoing performance of partnerships.
- Drive co-marketing campaigns through seminars, webinars, and social media.
- Report on ROI and recommend scaling or exit strategies.
- Work with sales, client success, and delivery teams to convert partnerships into revenue.
KPIs
- Number of new partnerships signed per quarter.
- Revenue generated through partnership channels.
- Percentage of repeat leads from partnerships.
- Partner retention and activity ratio.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, channel partnerships, or alliances.
