Role Summary

The Partnerships Manager will own and scale Business Umbrella’s strategic alliances across GCC and international markets. The role focuses on creating high-value partnerships with organizations, institutions, and networks that drive consistent pipelines for recruitment, licensing, education, and real estate services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure strategic alliances with universities, HR associations, free zones, accelerators, and chambers.
  • Develop and manage referral networks with corporates, SMEs, and consultants.
  • Structure win-win partnership packages across all Business Umbrella divisions.
  • Negotiate agreements and track ongoing performance of partnerships.
  • Drive co-marketing campaigns through seminars, webinars, and social media.
  • Report on ROI and recommend scaling or exit strategies.
  • Work with sales, client success, and delivery teams to convert partnerships into revenue.

KPIs

  • Number of new partnerships signed per quarter.
  • Revenue generated through partnership channels.
  • Percentage of repeat leads from partnerships.
  • Partner retention and activity ratio.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, channel partnerships, or alliances.
  • Existing GCC network in HR, education, or corporate ecosystems is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to bundle multiple services into one attractive offering.
