About the 360 Recruitment Consultant Role
We are a leading staffing and recruitment firm looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is for immediate joiners with agency experience only.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand business needs.
- Source and attract candidates using social media, job boards, and networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, providing hiring recommendations.
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity for strategic positioning.
- Develop and nurture a network of professional contacts for business growth.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience in an agency setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Results-driven with a proven track record in recruitment.
- Familiarity with the latest recruitment tools and technologies.
