About Busi Group
Busi Group, a leading Italian company specializing in the design, production, and marketing of innovative products and systems for waste collection, compaction, and transport, is currently seeking an SAP ABAP Developer to join our team.
Role Overview
For the development and growth of our current ICT office, we are looking for a resource who, in coordination with the ICT Manager and in compliance with Group Head guidelines, will develop solutions to improve the company's existing information systems. The SAP ABAP Developer will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing, and developing solutions within the S/4HANA environment, as well as integrating with other internal and external systems.
Key Activities
- Develop and program SAP ABAP solutions within the HANA environment.
- Develop SAP Fiori solutions to enhance user experience.
- Provide first and second-level support to internal users, ensuring smooth operations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements through direct engagement with internal stakeholders.
- Support business functions in the execution and management of their activities.
- Promote new technologies and appropriate solutions aligned with business needs within areas of expertise.
Furthermore, the SAP ABAP Developer will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to develop suitable solutions using various tools, including BPM, Business Intelligence, and MES solutions. There will also be a chance to expand know-how by implementing and supporting new tools that will enable the company to continue its digital transformation journey.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience as an Analyst Programmer or ABAP Programmer.
- Prior development experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP HANA.
- Knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) development platform is highly desirable.
- Experience in the governance of integration testing and implementation of proposed solutions.
- Willingness to travel within Italy to current group locations.
- Diploma or Degree in technical/scientific disciplines.
- Completing skills include a strong aptitude for teamwork, an analytical approach to problem-solving, flexibility, and dynamism.
