About the Role
The Energy Advisory Project Delivery Manager at 1898 & Co. within Burns & McDonnell leads a team of professionals assigned to a specific business line. The role is responsible for managerial direction, leadership, resource coordination, quality reviews, and supporting company culture and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct work assignments and performance reviews.
- Support profitable department growth and effective staff utilization.
- Implement global and regional initiatives while managing change.
- Provide expert technical guidance and manage QA/QC adherence.
- Coordinate workload, communicate staffing needs, and achieve financial targets.
- Collaborate with business development and production teams on proposals.
- Recruit, train, and retain staff while conducting performance evaluations.
- Enforce compliance with company and site safety policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business or related field. Minimum 5 years of related experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills required. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous leadership or management experience is preferable.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation ranges from $135,000 to $280,000 yearly and includes eligibility for a discretionary year-end incentive bonus program. Benefits include insurance, disability, time off, wellness programs, ESOP, and 401(k) retirement plan.

- Full-time position with 15% travel requirements
