Inspection Scheduler at Bureau Veritas

The Inspection Scheduling Department Consists Of The Following Duties:

  • Scheduling inspections for the cities we service.
  • Daily phone calls ranging from 80-150 calls per day.
  • Daily email processing 100+.
  • Permit processing.
  • Direct contact with the field inspectors.
  • Problem solving.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Data entry.
  • Provide OUTSTANDING customer service.

Our job here is to process incoming city permits and schedule inspection requests via phone/email. You will be in direct contact with city representatives and construction contractors. Problem solving is key for successful scheduling and will occasionally cause you to think outside the box. This is a fast-paced position and heavy on self-motivation. With the constant roar of the phones and all the moving pieces, the ability to multitask is required. Customer service is key here at Bureau Veritas and we have set our standards high and will continue to provide a close nit relationship with our clients.
