Job Summary: Senior Manager - Sales & Brand Solutions
We are actively seeking a highly self-driven and motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Sales & Brand Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, pursuing, and successfully closing new consumer accounts for Burda Media India brands. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the Lifestyle category. You should be presentable, articulate, and demonstrate a strong command of brand solution orientation when developing and presenting solutions to clients. Excellent client management and communication skills are essential. A solid understanding of digital platforms and brand solutioning strategies is highly preferred. Furthermore, the candidate must have a keen understanding of the Lifestyle category and a strong grasp of the North Market in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive advertising sales, encompassing both print and online advertising initiatives.
- Maximize opportunities to achieve current and long-term sales profit and revenue targets for the organization.
- Execute market deepening exercises to support Burda Media India's client acquisition and market penetration objectives.
- Manage end-to-end digital execution and sales for the brand’s digital platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency with numbers, balancing strategic thinking with creative problem-solving.
- Draft and conceptualize compelling pitch presentations that clearly articulate client brand/business needs and deliver integrated solutions.
- Successfully manage the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns.
- Champion brand-centric thinking and solutions when making recommendations to clients.
- Maintain a keen understanding of market opportunities, industry trends, and target audiences for assigned properties, including market growth, management, establishing strategic partnerships, and collaborating closely with consumers and prospective clients to develop standard and unique advertising programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising is required.
- An MBA will be a distinct advantage.
