Job Purpose

We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the luxury sector or relevant industry to lead the delivery of high-impact digital initiatives. This role will oversee complex updates across our digital platform, including key eCommerce touchpoints, with a clear focus on optimising the customer journey and elevating our brand presence online. The ideal candidate is an agile, confident and decisive project manager, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, driving accountability and ensuring delivery in fast-paced and evolving environments. A strategic thinker and strong problem solver, you will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven experience managing end-to-end digital projects at a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Project Delivery & Execution: Manage delivery of site updates and seasonal campaigns aligned to brand and commercial goals.
  • End-to-End Project Planning & Governance: Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and timelines, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones.

  • Prioritisation: Proven ability to balance competing stakeholder priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on commercially driven outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for digital projects, keeping key stakeholders updated on progress, risks, and opportunities. Facilitate key stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment on business goals and KPIs.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Oversee QA processes for all digital deliverables, ensuring that final outputs meet luxury brand standards and deliver a premium experience to customers.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring effective cost management and maximising return on investment for all digital initiatives.
