Role Purpose
The Business Analyst, as part of the Process Transformation Stream within the Capability Modernisation Program, partners with business representatives to deliver high quality Business Analysis services. This role is crucial in enhancing organisational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and driving positive change for customers, providers, and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop current and future state process documentation with the Business Process Team.
- Conduct root cause analysis using methods like the 5 Whys.
- Develop and implement change management strategies.
- Define, monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for process efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams for smooth solution rollouts.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven ability in facilitating workshops for requirements elicitation.
- Experience with process mapping using MS Visio.
- Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies including Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile.
- Knowledge of backlog development and refinement in Agile environments (desirable).
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
