About the Role

As an experienced Insights Analyst - Space Planning at Bunnings, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence space productivity, range performance, and store layout decisions. Your analyses will drive improvements in how space is utilised and optimize retail strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and commercial success.

You will collaborate with the space planning, merchandising, and operations teams to identify opportunities for growth, deliver data-led insights, and develop dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Who We’re Looking For

An analytical thinker with strong data analysis experience, preferably within retail or space planning. You should be comfortable with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytical platforms (SQL, Python, Excel) and able to communicate complex findings clearly.
