Integrity Operations Specialist

Bumble Inc. is seeking a motivated Integrity Operations Specialist to join their Trust Operations team. This role involves investigating safety concerns, providing trauma-informed support to members, and enforcing Community Guidelines across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling sensitive content and is passionate about creating a safe and equitable environment. Trust and safety are core to Bumble Inc.’s mission. The Trust organization focuses on proactive harm prevention, policy development, and member support for safety incidents. **What You'll Do:**

• Review and take action on user reports and proactive detections related to safety concerns (harassment, threats, non-consensual imagery, etc.).
• Provide high-touch, trauma-informed safety support to members experiencing safety incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, Legal) to resolve complex safety cases.
• Enforce Bumble Inc.’s policies by reviewing and processing accounts and content flagged for safety violations.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

**Required Experience & Skills:**

• 2-4 years in Trust & Safety, customer support, crisis response, or content moderation.
• Experience with sensitive content (child exploitation, sexual violence, self-harm) and high-touch escalations involving vulnerable individuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to provide clear, empathetic, and professional responses.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound judgments under pressure.
• Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, French) is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs) is preferred.
