About the Role

BullseyeEngagement is seeking an experienced BI Account Executive to join their high-performing SaaS sales team. In this role, you will identify potential clients across mid-market and enterprise sectors while managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through close. You will act as a trusted advisor to key influencers and C-level executives, helping solve critical business challenges using the company platform.

This role is ideal for a senior seller well-versed in navigating medium to large organizations and driving consensus among decision-makers including Board of Directors, CXOs, and business unit operational leaders. Specific expertise in HR Tech / Human Capital Management (HCM) with focus on workforce planning, development, engagement, and OKRs is highly valued.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing multi-year deals.
  • Strategically prospect, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders such as CHROs, Chief People Officers, and Heads of Talent.
  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to align the SaaS solution with complex business needs.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, business cases, and executive-level demos articulating clear business value.
  • Collaborate with Value Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver results.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market and product strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Over 5 years of HCM/HR tech sales or BI experience with focus on enterprise and mid-market.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding $1.0M-3M+ annual quota.
  • Expertise in consultative, solution, and value-based selling.
  • Strong executive presence with effective C-suite communication skills.
  • Skilled in negotiating contracts, pricing, and multi-year agreements.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and modern sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling in a specific vertical with deep contacts.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling frameworks.
  • Prior success at a high-growth SaaS company or scaling startup.
  • Experience working with channel partners or system integrators.
