Senior SaaS Financial Analyst at Bullpen Talent

We are seeking a Senior SaaS Financial Analyst with deep expertise in the SaaS business model and financial modeling. This role is remote in LATAM and is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Excel financial models for revenue forecasting, cash flow projections, and budget management using key SaaS metrics like MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC.
• Create short-term and long-term financial forecasts incorporating new customer growth, churn rates, expansion revenue, and pricing changes.
• Monitor and report on key SaaS KPIs such as Monthly Recurring Revenue, Customer Churn, Customer Lifetime Value, and CAC Payback Period.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate financial impacts of business strategy changes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for investors and stakeholders by translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate relevant data into financial models and forecasts.

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience within SaaS environments and a strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Experience with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Strong English fluency.
