Role Overview - Senior HR Generalist

We are scaling fast and need a Senior HR Generalist who anticipates needs, drives process improvements, and ensures our People programs are strategic, compliant, and employee-centered. In this role, you will own critical parts of the employee lifecycle, provide expert guidance to managers, and be a trusted point of contact for all things HR.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and optimize HR programs, policies, and processes.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to resolve HR issues.
  • Own the end-to-end benefits function including vendor negotiations.
  • Manage open enrollment planning, communications, and system updates.
  • Administer FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, and other leave programs.
  • Facilitate and continuously improve the New Hire Orientation process.
  • Collaborate on employee development, performance reviews and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain compliance records.
  • Handle unemployment claims, investigations, and sensitive employee relations cases.
  • Guide junior HR team members and refine case management workflows using JIRA and AllVoices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in HR.
  • Expertise in benefits strategy, administration, and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local HR compliance and employment law.
  • Proven ability to manage the annual open enrollment process end-to-end.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify HR trends and opportunities.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Compensation & Perks

Salary for this role falls between $100,000 and $135,000 USD per year.
