What You’ll Do

  • Drive the product vision and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with technicians, project managers, and contractors for insights.
  • Champion mobile UX best practices ensuring offline support, speed, and accessibility.
  • Leverage AI/ML to simplify workflows and improve productivity.
  • Own KPIs such as mobile adoption, CSAT, and feature utilization.

What We Look For

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with mobile focus.
  • Strong technical fluency with engineering, APIs, and analytics.
  • Deep understanding of mobile ecosystems including App Store and Play Store distribution.
  • Excellent communication and strong product management skills.
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies and customer research.

Bonus

  • Experience in contractor, construction or field service workflows.
  • Background in mobile apps for field service, project management, or equipment tracking.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, Slack, and Figma.
