About Full-Stack Engineer

At BuildOps, we’re building a groundbreaking software solution purpose-built for today’s commercial contractor. This role supports all aspects of our industry-leading platform, focusing on building, enhancing, and maintaining both backend and frontend systems.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain our backend platform with real-time event-driven systems.
  • Develop and enhance our frontend platform using the React framework.
  • Write quality code with high test coverage and documentation.
  • Develop, support, and improve GraphQL and REST APIs.
  • Promote documentation standards and conduct technical reviews.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guide engineering teams.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What We Look For

  • 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ECMAScript, React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting and serve as a role model for junior engineers.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD, and technical documentation.
