Purpose of the Role
The Analyst, IT - Business Process Management will primarily train and support IT Software Systems, specifically including AppWright, Truss Manager, and Plate Supplier software tools.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Works on small to mid-sized projects/programs focused on technology standardization, business process management, and conversions to BFS' IT platforms.
- Manages parts or modules of complex projects, with the potential to lead small to mid-sized projects from start to finish.
- Develops project plans, ensures management and execution of steps/activities and deliverables, and supports senior team members on complex projects.
- Develops a strong understanding of multiple BFS functions as well as market or area's future state changes.
- Pulls together detailed analyses to support implementations and conversions; identifies common/recurring issues and develops initial recommendations.
- Implements unique data conversion or process changes required at the area or market level. Develops draft recommendations for improvement for conversions.
- Collaborates with the Training team to share knowledge and insights and develop training plans.
- Develops draft training materials and support model plans.
- Travels to and trains onsite during conversions and other location training events (up to 80% travel required).
Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the bonus varies based on overall company success, thresholds met and other terms and conditions of the Company’s active bonus policy for the respective year.
