Regular Tasks
- DESIGN IDEATION for current and advanced vehicle projects (including creation of 2D proposals and 3D proportion models, analog hand sketching, Photoshop, etc.).
- DESIGN DEVELOPMENT and refinement of shortlisted design proposals (considering package).
- EXCHANGING INPUT and information with 3D sculptors and engineers (visual/verbal communication).
- REVIEW & FOLLOW THE DEVELOPMENT of 2D and 3D proposals (creating input and giving clear feedback to the project team via presentations, annotations, sketches, and sections).
- IMPLEMENTATION of all package and feasibility inputs on the design theme or proposing alternatives (including regulations, cost factors, suppliers, and technical requirements).
- COMMUNICATION, REVIEWS, AND ALIGNMENT with diverse departments.
- BENCHMARKING & RESEARCH.
- DETAIL DESIGN of components (e.g., lamps, rims, grille meshes).
- DOCUMENTATION of the complete design process, change actions, issue summaries, and meeting minutes.
- SUPPORTING AND ADVISING the team in solving open issues.
- OBTAINING FINAL DESIGN CONFIRMATION from the supervisor to complete the project.
- MODEL MAKING and/or supervision of scale and full-size models.
- PREPARING AND PRESENTING design work in internal design reviews and project meetings.

- Decision-making authorities: CHOOSING design tools for the ideation process (provided quality standards are met).
- CONSTANT EVALUATION and refinement of design proposals.
- PRIORITIZATION and personal time management for different tasks/projects.

- PROPOSING ALTERNATIVE design ideas, storylines, mood boards, and solutions once the main request is satisfied.
- ESCALATING TOPICS to the supervisor.

- Requesting reviews or personal sessions with supervisors.
- Setting up meetings and inviting relevant stakeholders.

- Thoroughly compare new statuses with old statuses to understand effects.
- Ensure all information is structured and ready for presentations/reviews.
- Double-check parts before release (verifying design intent and engineering feasibility).
