Ohouse is a 'Life Event Integrated Solution' that takes responsibility from start to finish at every important moment of life, providing various services such as content & community, commerce, and home services (construction brokerage, partial direct construction, installation, moving, cleaning) to help transform homes easily and comfortably anywhere in the world.
The Ohouse Commerce Policy Team defines and manages policies and operational processes applied to partners. We periodically monitor operating policies, identify problems, and provide direction for better service.
We are looking for a Risk Manager to join Bucketplace (Ohouse), the No.1 Lifestyle Tech Company, to continue challenging and innovating to deliver greater value to the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive prevention and management of legal risks for Ohouse sales products.
- Establish and operate an autonomous monitoring system according to the monitoring schedule of related organizations.
- Monitor information such as policy changes and product recalls from external organizations like KCCI and take preemptive measures.
- Define sales policies for Ohouse products and collect/address cases of violation.
- Manage products that deviate from sales policy standards and communicate with partners.
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in commerce-related work.
- Knowledge of laws related to online product sales.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in relevant data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sense of responsibility and persistence in problem-solving.
- Proven experience in achieving meaningful results through collaboration with multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Quick judgment, positive, and proactive mindset.
- Understanding of AI automation or related work experience.
