Team Introduction
Ohouse provides a 'Life Event Integrated Solution' that takes responsibility from beginning to end at every important moment of life change. We offer various services such as content and community, commerce, and home services (construction brokerage, partial direct construction, installation, moving, cleaning) to help people easily and comfortably transform their homes anywhere in the world.
Ohouse's PB business, starting with 'Layer' launched in 2024, plans to continue its expansion. We aim to create authentic products that we 'want to use and own' by starting from the perspective of customers and users.
The Brand Business Team is composed of talented individuals with expertise in each field, creating new brands based on deep insights. We are looking for a Living PB Product Planning MD to join Ohouse, the No.1 Lifestyle Tech Company, to continue challenging and innovating to deliver greater value to the world.

Key Responsibilities
- As a Product Manager (MD) for Ohouse's original brand living category, you will lead the entire process from product planning and development to operation and growth, based on market and customer analysis.
- Establish product strategy and lead the overall planning and operation of Ohouse's living PB brands (kitchen, bathroom, storage, home appliances, etc.).
- Discover new items through trend and target customer analysis.
- Secure price and quality competitiveness through category-specific cost structure and production management.
- Manage the entire product development process (planning, sample review, production/quality control, etc.).
- Analyze performance based on sales data and manage overall product operations.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales after launch.
Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience in brand living product planning and development (experience as an MD in living categories such as kitchen, storage, home appliances, etc. is essential).
- Experience in leading the entire process from product planning to launch.
- Possess vendor management and price/cost negotiation capabilities.
- Experience in solving problems and analyzing markets with data.
- Experience in managing key product indicators, including P&L, and achieving results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rapid execution within small organizations such as startups.
- Experience with living brand PB and a high understanding of the relevant category trends.
- Experience in launching new brands/categories and developing bestsellers.
- Experience in global sourcing, including China and Vietnam.
