Administration Expert (m/f/d)
Bucherer Deutschland GmbH is opening its new store in Stuttgart in April 2026 – another milestone in our expansion course in Germany. With a unique portfolio of renowned watch brands and our exclusive Bucherer Fine Jewellery line, we offer our customers an unparalleled luxury experience.
For our new store, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual who will help shape the success of our new location with passion, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales business in administrative areas
- Handling correspondence with our customers and other internal and external contacts
- Processing commercial tasks for repair orders, customer inquiries, and feedback
- Support on projects
- Maintaining master data, sales lists, and statistics
- Shipping goods and assisting with logistics for the sales business
Your Competencies
- Commercial vocational training with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Independent, reliable, structured, precise, and efficient way of working
- Trustworthy, service-oriented personality with strong organizational skills
- Polished oral and written communication skills in German and very good English skills
