Your Role in Innovation, Change & Digital Engagement

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will join the Innovation, Change & Digital Engagement team. This practice assists large companies with organizational evolution, new service experimentation, and digital transformation. The team covers the entire innovation cycle, from behavioral research and experiential concepts to interactive prototypes and their implementation and adoption. We work on high-impact strategic projects in retail, telco, mobility, finance, energy, and customer experience sectors. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, integrating design, technology, and change management expertise. Your contribution will enhance the quality of digital experiences developed for our clients, bringing a rigorous, creative approach focused on real user behavior.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills

• Analyze user needs and translate them into functional and appealing design solutions.
• Design wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and graphic layouts for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure design and implementation consistency.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Conduct usability testing and optimize user experience based on feedback.
• Ensure visual consistency and accessibility of digital products, including those for casino games and loyalty programs.

Essential Soft Skills & Aptitude

• Familiarity with UX, UI, design systems, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG) principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications We're Looking For

• Degree or education in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Digital Graphic Designer.
• Excellent proficiency with tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
