Quality Assurance Analyst (Selenium) at BTG Pactual

Are you passionate about ensuring digital products function with excellence? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst (Selenium) to join an agile and multidisciplinary team, focused on delivering robust, scalable, and bug-free solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with development and product teams.
  • Plan and execute manual tests (functional, regression, exploratory).
  • Create and maintain test automation scripts (UI and API).
  • Perform tests on APIs, front-end, and back-end.
  • Report bugs clearly and monitor their resolution.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor quality metrics and propose continuous improvements.

What We Look For

  • Proven experience with manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
  • Experience with mobile testing (Appium, Detox).
  • Knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#).
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Completed higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Post-graduation or QA certifications will be considered a differential.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with performance and security testing.
  • Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development).
  • ISTQB, CTFL, or similar certifications.
