About the Role

Join BT International's Spanish Hub Legal team as an Executive Regulatory Affairs & Compliance expert. You will support telecom and IT regulatory compliance across Italy, the EU Nordics, and other European jurisdictions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted legal advisor on telecom and IT regulatory frameworks.
  • Advise on licensing, authorisation, numbering, call routing and other regulatory topics.
  • Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and monitor upcoming legal enactments.
  • Support regulatory risk assessment, compliance analysis, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with legal peers across Europe on multi-jurisdictional matters.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within Legal.

About You

We are looking for a fully qualified lawyer or regulatory expert with telecoms/IT law expertise, ideally focused on Italy and/or Nordic countries, fluent in English and Italian. A proven track record in multinational environments and legal risk assessment is essential.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with legal tech or digital legal operations.
  • High commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage diverse regulatory deliverables.
