Product Certification Auditor - PPE

What You’ll Do
- Conduct product certification assessments and deliver findings to clients.
- Recommend the issue, re-issue, or withdrawal of certificates based on compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and account growth.
- Lead assessment teams and mentor colleagues when required.
- Plan and schedule audits efficiently, maximizing time and revenue opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, scheduling visits, conducting assessments, and ensuring smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- College degree AA or higher (or equivalent certification or work experience).
- Demonstrated relevant industry exposure and knowledge of GAR.
- Must have ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course completion.
- Generic knowledge of management system auditing practices.
- Knowledge of general office practices, information systems, documentation systems, and technology including computers.
- Knowledge of the specific services, products, processes and organizational structure of the client.
- Knowledge of the outcomes of prior audit activities of the client.
- Knowledge of competences of the audit team members for the client.
- Passion for the business and ability to inspire others.
- Integrity, ensuring that business is conducted in an ethical manner.
- Commercial focus, understanding customers’ needs and adding value.
- Understanding of Structural or Mechanical Systems including Pressure Equipment Devices.
- Expertise within PPE product manufacturing, production quality controls and relevant standards relating to PPE products such as Headwear, Eyewear, Gloves or Respiratory Equipment.
