Digital Marketing Operations Manager, North America (Assurance)

BSI is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Manager for North America to manage the infrastructure, execution, and analytics of the regional marketing engine. This role acts as the operational bridge between the North America marketing team and the Global Digital Hub, ensuring digital programs are launched efficiently, tracked accurately, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee campaign operations and execution, including building, testing, segmenting, and deploying campaigns in Pardot via Workfront workflows.
  • Manage lead scoring, grading, and assignment rules, and maintain the regional marketing calendar to meet SLAs and launch dates.
  • Ensure data integrity and attribution by enforcing UTM standards, tracking from Pardot to Salesforce, and maintaining naming conventions and data dictionaries.
  • Develop and manage North America dashboards (MQLs, SAL/SQL, pipeline, velocity, CPL, email KPIs, web engagement, ROI) using GA4 and Power BI/Excel, and provide post-campaign analyses.
  • Build and localize landing pages, forms, and gated assets in Sitecore, performing QA for various aspects including copy, links, form logic, UTM accuracy, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Collaborate with the Global Digital Hub on SEO/paid media strategies, including keyword strategy, tagging, pixel governance, and conversion tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with CASL, CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, and GDPR regulations, managing preference centers, double-opt-in, and suppression rules.
  • Provide enablement resources such as playbooks and checklists, and offer office hours for marketers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations/automation, preferably within B2B, professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Pardot, Salesforce, and Workfront, with strong UTM/attribution discipline.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Excel, GA4, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with regional privacy and email compliance regulations (CASL, CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR).

Language & Travel:

  • Strong command of English and French (verbal and written).
