Job Description
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive - Internal & Supplier Audit at BSI, you will focus on securing new clients by understanding their needs, developing sales opportunities, creating bids and tenders, and delivering compelling presentations. You will manage inbound leads and generate your own prospects for the Internal & Supplier Audit team.
Internal & Supplier Assurance
You will work with major clients to solve critical internal and supply chain challenges. Services include:
- Improving quality and social performance by tailoring solutions.
- De-risking supply chains through compliance and sustainability strategies.
- Building digital trust by guiding digital transformation with robust security and transparency.
Customer Focus
You will build trusted relationships, understand market needs, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and meet quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Achieve/exceed sales targets for Internal & Supplier Audit solutions.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and secure new deals.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.
- Create detailed Account Plans and map client opportunities.
- Advise clients through face-to-face or virtual meetings using Teams.
- Collaborate across departments, acting as one unified BSI team.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have a degree or equivalent education, proven B2B sales experience, and target-driven field sales expertise. Proficiency in English is compulsory, while Dutch, German, or Swedish is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
