Business Development Executive - Internal & Supplier Audit

Location: Netherlands, Germany, or Sweden

Work Model: Remote, with regular travel for client meetings and company events

Purpose Of The Role

As a Business Development Executive specialised in Internal & Supplier Audit Solutions, you will target new clients by understanding their needs, identifying sales opportunities, building bids & tenders, and conducting client presentations. You will manage inbound leads from marketing and generate your own leads for the Internal & Supplier Audit team.

Services Delivered

  • Improving Quality and Social Performance through tailored solutions.
  • De-risking Supply Chains with robust strategies.
  • Building Digital Trust via security and transparency guidance.

Customer Focus

  • Build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer markets and business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior audiences.
  • Deliver work meeting quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Achieve/exceed Internal & Supplier Audit targets.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and handle queries.
  • Prepare Account Plans and expand BSI’s market position.
  • Advise clients during face-to-face or virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Candidate Required Knowledge, Experience, And Qualifications

  • Degree level education or equivalent sectoral sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch, German, or Swedish is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B sales and working with targets.
  • Field sales experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues and solve problems.
