Aerospace Management Systems Auditor

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AS9100 and ISO9001 audits, preparing assessment reports with clear findings for clients.
- Recommend the issuance, re-issuance, or withdrawal of certificates in accordance with BSI policy.
- Maintain overall account responsibility and portfolio accountability for nominated accounts, ensuring service delivery and account growth.
- Lead assessment teams, ensuring adequate briefing and fostering effective working relationships.
- Manage the entire audit process: client contact, scheduling, planning, travel, assessment, reporting, and results management.
- Adhere to all BSI procedures, processes, and policies for client management, home-based office operations, equipment use, and communication.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction through proper record-keeping, visit cycles, and invoicing.
- Mentor and coach new or inexperienced colleagues as needed.
- Undertake any other assignments to meet assessment delivery business objectives.
Requirements for Success
- Completed and passed AATT 9100 Course & Exams (Application and Knowledge).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant industrial work experience in the past 10 years to meet BS EN 9104-003 criteria.
- 9100 AEA registered in OASIS is highly desirable.
- College degree (AA or higher) or equivalent certification/work experience.
- Knowledge of management systems auditing practices.
- High level of integrity, conformity, and ability to appreciate diverse perspectives.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs.
- Great flexibility and agility, with willingness to adapt to changing travel schedules.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
