Overview
BruntWork is seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Marketing Lead to shape and optimize digital marketing efforts. In this strategic leadership role, you will guide a team of digital marketing specialists and drive data-driven strategies to enhance performance and ROI across various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Analyze and build performance reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for key clients ensuring clear communication.
- Monitor KPIs, campaign pacing, and budget allocation.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and high-performing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and more.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce or B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and similar tools.
- Understanding of SEO and content strategy fundamentals.
Position Details
- Hourly Rate: Equivalent to 8.0 USD per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
- Work Arrangement: Permanent work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
