About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for client communication in English and Spanish.
- Manage client intake via phone and digital channels.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate documentation for personal injury cases.
- Organize and process medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track case progress and client records.
- Draft and manage professional correspondence using Google Workspace.
- Handle calls and messages through RingCentral with empathetic support.
- Perform executive administrative tasks and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, have 3–5 years of legal administrative support or similar experience, and ideally possess knowledge of personal injury cases. Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and VoIP systems including RingCentral is necessary. A background in legal or medical administration, attention to detail, and experience handling confidential information with HIPAA compliance is preferred. The role requires candidates to be based in Latin America and able to work Pacific Time business hours, with high-speed internet and suitable hardware.
Contract Details
This is a permanent, work-from-home, independent contractor role with a steady freelance engagement. Compensation is hourly at the equivalent of $8.0 USD per hour, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time). Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
