Overview

Join our global marketing team as a Spanish Bilingual Digital Advertising Specialist. Leverage your fluency in Spanish and English to dominate Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads while leading high-impact campaigns for diverse brands.

Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 15 (converted to local currency)
  • 20 Paid Hours per Week
  • Flexible Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1 pm - 6 pm EST
  • Work Arrangement: Permanent Work-from-Home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for diverse client portfolios.
  • Create and execute advertising strategies on Meta and TikTok.
  • Conduct performance analysis and identify campaign trends.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and campaign insights in English and Spanish.
  • Collaborate to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor consumer behavior to adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns from conception to execution.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with strong written skills.
  • Mid to senior level experience in digital advertising; not for entry level.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Preferred experience with TikTok advertising.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work during American business hours.

Additional Information

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection, and will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are hourly, performance-based, and require completion of an application process including voice recording, pre-screening assessment, and technical check.
