Social Media Manager (US Luxury Brands)

Step into a high-impact role building two complementary luxury brands from the ground up, managing both a premium Fall 2026 resort wear collection and a high-end B2B uniform company. Working directly with the founder, you will own the end-to-end social media strategy, crafting visually compelling narratives and authentic communities that resonate with elite consumers and high-ticket B2B clients. This fast-paced, immediate-impact position requires a self-sufficient strategist who can execute polished, aesthetic content and strategic brand positioning with minimal guidance. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and market execution, ensuring a cohesive, high-end identity across all digital touchpoints in the US luxury market.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM Miami, FL (EDT) With a 30-minute paid break (7 hours per day, 35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies for both B2C luxury resort wear and B2B luxury uniform brands
  • Create engaging content across platforms to build pre-launch community and drive brand awareness
  • Guide and coach the business owner on authentic brand ambassador activities including video content creation
  • Strategize and execute the Fall 2026 resort wear collection launch campaign
  • Position both brands effectively within the luxury market space
  • Manage end-to-end social media marketing campaigns and optimize based on analytics
  • Coordinate social media efforts between two distinct but complementary luxury brands
  • Build and nurture online communities to support upcoming product launches
  • Execute end-to-end SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page and technical elements, and analyzing performance metrics to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic growth

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience as social media marketing (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Proven experience with US luxury market social media marketing
  • Strong background attracting and engaging luxury customers through social media
  • Experience with brand launches and building brands from inception
  • Expertise in luxury market positioning and authentic brand storytelling
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with business owner
