Position Overview

The Social Media Content Creator & Manager role at BruntWork is a remote position, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila time. The client is a Sydney-based real estate agency that helps homeowners, first-home buyers, and investors maximize property value in the City of Ryde and surrounding suburbs.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and manage 30 posts per month across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals.
  • Write compelling captions, select effective hashtags, and ensure consistency with brand voice.
  • Design graphics and short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar.
  • Schedule and publish posts via Meta Business Suite and other tools as required.
  • Monitor performance metrics, engagement, and growth trends; prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and propose fresh ideas to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the business owner and local community to execute content strategies.
