Role Overview

This Senior Executive Operations Specialist is two levels above a traditional Executive Assistant, combining Chief-of-Staff strategy with operations rigor. The role is responsible for architecting the operating system for the studio, creating clarity and cadence around decision-making, and ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement systems to streamline operations
  • Ensure clear communication channels and smooth handoffs
  • Monitor budgets, invoices, AR/AP, and interpret P&L statements
  • Coordinate with teams to maintain high standards and timely delivery
  • Utilize tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Asana/Airtable, HoneyBook, E-signature tools, and Zapier or Make

Requirements

6–10 years of experience in operations or program management supporting senior executives, ideally in events, production, hospitality, agency, or luxury sectors. Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, financial fluency, composure under pressure, high ownership and standards, and impeccable taste.
