The Real Estate PPC Specialist at BruntWork is a results-driven role focused on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across the company’s investment and property management divisions in a competitive Canadian market.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: Equivalent of $9.7 USD per hour
- 40 paid hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Work from home as an Independent Contractor
- Ontario, Canada time schedule with a one-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Lead Generation & Performance: Generate qualified leads and optimize campaigns for top-of-page ranking.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as cost per lead, impression share, and appointment bookings.
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Leasing, HR, and Investments teams to align business objectives.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in real estate or financial services
- Proven ability to manage full-funnel PPC campaigns and generate qualified leads
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Google Ads certification preferred
