Job Highlights

  • 40 paid hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Lead Generation & Performance: Generate qualified leads and optimize campaigns for top-of-page ranking.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as cost per lead, impression share, and appointment bookings.
  • Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Leasing, HR, and Investments teams to align business objectives.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in real estate or financial services
  • Proven ability to manage full-funnel PPC campaigns and generate qualified leads
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Google Ads certification preferred
