About the Role: Meta Ads Ecommerce Designer at BruntWork
BruntWork is seeking a high-level Graphic Designer to craft exceptional, scroll-stopping static e-commerce ads for Meta platforms. This pivotal role focuses on performance-driven creatives, specifically designed to capture immediate attention and drive direct sales for clients.
Schedule & Arrangement
This is a permanent work-from-home position under an Independent Contractor arrangement. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm UK time, totaling 20 hours per week.
- Immediate hiring for qualified candidates.
- Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection.
- Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
- Professional hourly fees are established based on performance during the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting static Meta ads across various formats including single image, carousel, and story.
- Quickly create multiple ad variations (hooks, offers, layouts) for rapid A/B testing and optimization.
- Translate creative direction into bold, clear, and high-impact advertising designs.
- Ensure delivery of organized files and exports in correct Meta-specific dimensions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically designing e-commerce advertisements.
- Strong understanding and application of direct response design principles, including mobile-first approaches, clear information hierarchy, bold text usage, and high contrast visuals.
- Demonstrated ability to produce truly "scroll-stopping" ad creatives that grab user attention.
- Capability for fast output and efficient iteration based on performance feedback and data.
Essential Tools Proficiency
Candidates must be proficient in the following design and AI tools:
- Adobe Photoshop: Required for image manipulation and design.
- Illustrator / Figma / Canva Pro: Proficiency in at least one of these is expected.
- AI Tools (Mandatory): Strong command of AI tools such as Nano Banana, Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, Generative Fill, upscalers, and AI background tools is essential.
