Contract: Independent ContractorSchedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM UK time with a 1-hour unpaid break
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Commercial Performance: Develop full GTM plans covering audience segmentation, paid media, and outreach strategy. Own commercial performance to achieve MQL and delegate registration goals. Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns using paid ads, LinkedIn, email, and influencer activations. Measure and report on ROAS, conversion, CPL, and MQL/REG contribution.
Sales & Delegate Enablement: Manage mass email and automation campaigns using SmartLead and Brevo across key regions. Build and deliver toolkits for Sales and Delegate teams using Canva and Google Slides. Coordinate social media amplification and executive influencer campaigns, and maintain regular internal communication about campaign performance and data availability.
Data Supply & Cleanliness: Own data pipeline management using tools like Lusha, Skrapp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Validate, segment, and upload contact data into CRM weekly and perform monthly data audits to ensure GDPR compliance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Report weekly on MQLs, delegate registrations, ROAS, and outreach conversion. Present insights during internal debriefs using Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets trackers.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events or SaaS. Proven track record in campaign planning, lead generation, and digital outreach. Strong knowledge of CRM and automation platforms (Brevo, SmartLead). Familiarity with Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and similar data tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
