Job Overview

The Junior Technical Project Coordinator is the execution owner of BruntWork's legal-technology initiatives. Your mission is to deliver approved system designs on time, on scope, and in compliance by coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. You will ensure systems are built, implemented, tested, and adopted exactly as specified.

Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $7.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, MST with 1 hour unpaid break
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Execution & Delivery: Own end-to-end project execution for legal-technology initiatives from approved design through launch.
  • Project Planning: Translate architect-approved specifications into clear project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment.
  • Vendor Management: Manage developers and integrators against defined SOWs and acceptance criteria.
  • QA & UAT Leadership: Lead Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing to ensure systems match approved specifications.
  • Compliance Controls: Ensure all implemented systems comply with Arizona ABS and applicable ethical rules as designed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Implementation Manager.
  • Technical fluency with the ability to read schemas, workflows, and API documentation.
  • Mastery of project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments.
  • Strong documentation discipline and change-control management.
